“Hands down our favourite place in Tofino. The location is incredible, on a very quiet street, a few minutes walk from Chesterman Beach, and only five minutes drive into town. But the accommodation itself is a dream. Philip has thought of everything. The three bedrooms are light and huge, with very comfortable beds. “Amazing...a 3 star that is 5 star for nature lovers! Log cabins with kitchen and comfortable beds, real fire places with ample free dry wood topped up daily, view of the lake. 2 hot tubs and sauna, free access to plenty of canoes, kayaks and paddle boards any time you want, small but good size quiet lake with fish to catch, multiple docks with chairs and other access to swim. Eagles, deer etc all around. Suoer attentive and friendly staff on site. Office has tons of games and puzzles to use....

“We had a wonderful girls trip at the Slow Go. It was a little tricky to find, as the entrance isn’t immediately visible especially in the dark but once we got familiar with the surroundings it was no problem! The property was lovely, great fire pit, well-stocked and comfy cabin. Being close to the highway meant it got a bit noisy at times but not bad at all. The host was wonderful to communicate with when we had to troubleshoot a situation with the lock and fixed it right away. Would recommend...

“Well stocked, cozy and quiet”

“We traveled here from Texas to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and this place delivered. We arrived in the middle of the night (book your ferry at least a month early or you'll be stuck with the super later or early ferry) so didn't really get a chance to see the property until we woke up. We stepped out the back door and a bald eagle was sitting in a tree behind the property and a banana slug was eating grass in the yard. It was awesome! The owners have lots of small details...

“This rental was a last minute booking, so our expectations were not high. It was great having two washrooms but only one has a shower. The beds were comfy and rooms were spacious but only one bedroom has a closet. There is a functioning washer and dryer which makes longer stays easier. Parking is a little tight, so a smaller vehicle works best. All in all, this rental is a convenient and comfortable stay, close to the trails and a short drive to down town Ucluelet.
