“The room had comfortable beds but the rest was terrible. Room had no extra amenities. No lotion, no iron or ironing board, no water, everything you might expect In even the cheapest hotel was not there. If you wanted it you had to come to the front desk and pick it up. It was also very expensive, 330.00 was a special rate normally more than 500.00. The explanation was they were very busy so let’s charge as much as we can.”

“The hygene of this place is questionable at best. Our blanket smelled like a BO, so we asked it to be changed. When we came back, the bed was made agaun so we thought it was changed, but it still smelled like BO. Only when we asked the blanket to be changed the second time, it smelled clean. Also I realize it's a pet friendly hotel, but when my baby dragged her pacifier across the couch, it was completely covered in pet hair. I expected some missed hair but this was too much. “The room was clean, lake view was nice , but no sink in the kitchenette area, had to use the bathroom sink to fill the coffee maker, air conditioner was a little noisy at times, complimentary breakfast was skimpy as they could of had more products, as soon as an item was out, that was it., so if you weren't there right when it opened, you pretty much got what ever was left”

“Ho apprezzato soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità della reception e la posizione dell'albergo, da cui si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi sia la zona del Fisherman che il Parlamento. Vicinissima la fermata del bus per andare ai Butchart Gardens. Nella hall è sempre disponibile gratuitamente per gli ospiti caffè americano e tè caldo.”
