“Beautiful room with such comfortable beds and linens. So quiet, even though our room was on the highway side it was quiet from outside and absolutely no noise inside. Great breakfast and coffee. Right next door is a great pub.”
“I can clearly see that the owners are doing everything to get it right. The guest house is not modern, nor updated, and the view is from across the highway not on the lake. It does offer a great location, welcoming host, clean, fresh accommodations, and a nice atmosphere. Great to use as a base for your Cariboo exploration.”
“We loved Eagles Nest, the old school charm was refreshing. Very clean, spacious room - super comfy bed. Dinner was great, with probably the best cheesecake we’ve ever had and a decent wine list.

“The little AC unit kept my family and I nice a cool in our room! We were just stopping over on a much longer drive up North, and the motel was clean and comfortable- we couldn't ask for much more. Having a little carport to put my truck into was an unexpected perk that I enjoyed; check-in and check-out was a breeze, and the room was clean and ready for us after a long drive. I would absolutely recommend if you need a simple, quiet, clean space to rest your head.”
“Despite that this is an older motel, the room was huge, had a patio with a great view, and the beds were comfy. There is ample parking and there is a restaurant across the way. Nice and quiet at night. I would stay here again if in the area.”
