“このホテルの一番いい所、肌にとっても優しい温泉♨、そしては種類豊富な、朝食バイキング、清潔感あるお部屋なので、ゆっくり休めて、来てほんとーに良かったです（｡･ω･｡） 今回は、山側の景色でしたが、次回ほ、海側の景色が見れるお部屋に、また泊まりたいです( ᴖ ·̫ ᴖ )とても素敵な旅行になりました☺️✌️ありがとうございます( ᴖ ·̫ ᴖ )”

“I was traveling solo through Matsushima Bay and I found this amazing Ryokan through an AI/Google search. I was highly impressed with service provided by the staff! I especially liked their use of some cool technology I had not seen before (it was a set up of two microphones, one facing the guest and one facing the staff, that automatically translated speech to text for display on a digital board between us as we spoke to each other). This was extremely helpful during my check in/out process...
