“I chose to leave the 2 night stay I paid for an entire day and a half early, that’s how disappointed I was. Host never once responded (still hasn’t) and I was on the phone with VRBO for 2 hours. Location of listing was completely wrong - this is a unit in the Eight 80 complex - far from a “luxurious beach stay.” The listing said it was behind Wild Goose off 17th St. They were doing construction in the garage and lights were shining in the room all night because it’s a ground level unit right by...

“Parking right outside let us unload quickly which mattered when working nearby all day. WiFi stayed reliable throughout visit supporting productivity unlike some hospitality spots listed online lately.”

She was extremely responsive and accommodating.The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. “The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around.”

“I would not rent this place!! It’s not accurate with the description that you see on VRBO. The location was not desirable. There was street car racing and Cops everywhere on the streets. It took forever get hot water in the shower. The sofa bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on either. There was a DJ below the unit that that played music from 6-10. That was not mentioned on the VRBO site. I would definitely think twice before renting this unit.”
