“We had a good time and the building is effectively spectacular. It feels a bit like an Airbnb, which is not bad per se. But a few touches in the bathroom, like a nice bathtub soap or salts, or a welcome drink would have made all the difference. I sent two messages when I booked to ask for info about parking and they never replied.
