Case in affitto a Costa Palermitana

“Amazing communication! Clean, convenient for walking, easy street parking!”

“Cozy little property located right in the middle of Sant’Elia. Couple blocks from the beach and plenty of places to eat.”

“The house was very dirty; there weren’t even any sheets to cover up with, there’s no air conditioning in the living room, and the linens they provided weren’t exactly fresh. It’s very far from the sea, and the beach is terrible. The neighbors are literally right on your property, and the houses are very poorly laid out. It’s not worth it at all for this price—the kitchen is terrible, the staircase is terrible, and the bathrooms are terrible (I’ve never seen anything worse).”

“Pros: Die Dachterrasse Cons: Die Treppe. Sehr schmal und eng. Für ältere Personen schwierig.”

“We stayed at this Hause for a little over a week while enjoying the beautiful beaches of Mondello. The location is excellent-just a12-minute walk to the beach and only a couple of minutes from both a large grocery store and several convenient mini markets. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, cleaning, and laundry--including a washing machine, which came in very handy during our stay. A small private backyard provides a lovely spot...

“Oasi di vero relax in zona tranquilla anche se fuori dalla citta'. Tutti i confort per una vacanza in stile aulico....”

“The property was cute, clean and well appointed. It was within walking distance of the beach and beach path. There were several nice restaurants nearby. The host was easy to reach and extremely helpful.”

“Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Mit einer herrlichen Lage.”
