“A LOT of stairs (3rd floor and at least 6 flights of stairs to navigate) to carry luggage (no elevator) Went there Especially for the spa bath which DID NOT work. IT Took Literally 20 minutes to get hot water flowing to bath then another HOUR Plus to finally fill the bath - to then find it did not even work! Only ONE Roll of toilet paper (already started before us) for two people. Promised anything we want for breakfast with coffee from bakery over road…. We then discovered they have NO coffee...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Palermo and our stay at La casa di tufo. The apartment is very spacious, well-organized and clean. It is located on a quiet side street within easy walking distance to the main sights, shopping, bars and restaurants. The owners Angela and Calogero were extremely helpful, kind and readily available responding promptly to any questions.
