“Front desk staff responsiveness was poor.”

“Good hotel overall: clean, spacious rooms, well organized, and a convenient free shuttle to downtown every 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my “ocean view” balcony room was right in front of the air conditioning units and the restaurant’s exhaust chimney. Constant noise and fried food smell made it impossible to sleep well or enjoy the balcony. These rooms should not be priced the same as unobstructed ocean views. Poor management decision that shows little attention to guest comfort.”

“Stayed in the room with a kitchenette and it was perfect. Close to Bar Harbor (I ran there every day, drove my toddler in for visits) and The park. Beautiful grounds and views.”

“There was a lot of humidity in the room and only one garbage can that was in bathroom. No microwave in room either. Room lighting was very dim. Hard to read anything in evening. Kids enjoyed pool. Breakfast options were very minimal.”
