“Pulizia degli appartamenti molto scarsa ,bagno sporchissimo,gli asciugamani a richiesta,le dotazioni di cucina sporche e in considerazione pietosa. Camera rumorosa ”

“It was a nice stay close to the beach with nice pool. One thing to note is that although the description states ocean view it is actually referring to the pool view. Other than that the room was clean, staff super friendly, and good location.”

“So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply. That’s sad - and annoying - but I also emailed them directly. The hotel has a little kitchen with a hob. Very sparsely furnished with cups at and absolutely no cleaning stuff. No bottle of water supplied in courtesy on check in, I arrived after 10 pm and had no water to drink or brush teeth with. You...

“Hotell var i dålig skick, jag fick byta själv till en annan hotell och betala igen. Jag tycker att den behöver renoveras på nytt, den är inte beredd att ta gäster. Väldigt dålig och möbler är slitna och i dåligt skick. Tyvärr att jag förlorade mina pengar på den.”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”
