Case in affitto a Costa Sudatlantica

“Unfortunately, my room was not particularly clean, I had to keep my footwear on in the room, I also had mould around my bath tub! Staff were not very well organised! They wanted to search your bags every time you entered the hotel as food & drinks (including snacks & bottled water were not allowed in). We did not use the Spa facilities! Breakfast was also a massive disappointment. Food was very limited and not replenished, plates & cups were not readily available, coffee machine wasn’t working...

Staff seemed friendly & helpful but difficult to communicate due to language barrier. Breakfast was hit & miss depending on what time you went. No drinks facilities - even for water after breakfast.”
