“This is my second time and last time staying here. Simple things make the difference. Two tv’s and one remote. Why? Shouldn’t have to share remotes between rooms. Also, climate control for the room is controlled by the computer at the reception desk. Again, why? Each room has its own climate control remote on the wall of each room.
