“La struttura offere la colazione inclusa, le camere sono molto spaziose.
Prima di arrivare in hotel ci hanno informato che arrivando dall’aeroporto col taxi giallo, lo avrebbe pagato l’hotel, sono stati gentilissimi.
E anche se si trova molto vicino all’aeroporto, con le finestre chiuse non si sente tanto. Al uscita dal hotel ( nel caso devessimo andare in aeroporto) ci offre lo shuttle organizzato gratuito.
Sono molto soddisfatta dalla scelta del hotel. Grazie mille.”

“Çok güzel bir otel manzarası havuzu odası gerçekten konfor ve kalite oranı çok yüksek. Açık büfeside gayet kaliteli taze ve çeşit çeşit. Sadece havuzun yanında ağaçlar olduğu için havuza ağaçtan yaprak ve dallar düşüyor. Havuzun daha sık temizlenmesi gerek çok rahatsız edici değil ama bu konuda eksik gördüm. ”

“Otele girer girmez personellerin güler yüzlü olması ile kendinizi özel hissetmeye başlayacaksınız. Normalde 2 günlüğüne gelmiştik. Ancak otelin fevkalade güzellikte olması bizi mest etti. Şu an 6. Gündeyiz. Muhteşem bir otel. Ben temizlik konusunda çok hassas ve çok fazla otellerde kalan birisi olarak buranın kusursuz hijyenik olması beni mest etti. Tuzluklar, çatallar, bıçaklar. Damla izi bile yok. Masa örtülerinin ütüsü bile üst düzey yapılıyor. Personeller bile 36 derece sıcaklıkta tertemiz...

Spiaggia privata perfetta con il bar service, comodi e morbidi lettini ed ombrellone. 3 grandi piscine all’aperto con i camerieri pronti sempre a portarti il nuovo cocktail appena finisci di bere. Ottimo servizio in camera. Con un piccolo extra si può avere ottima colazione in camera con una vista pazzesca (abbiamo scelto una camera con vista mare). Ci ritornerei volentieri. Soggiorno di 4 notti. ”

I don’t even know where to begin.. firstly, the pictures of the room did this hotel room no justice. When we walked I was surprised with how big it was! The views of the water were also incredible! This is the first hotel during our 3 week stay in Turkey that actually has a bed topper, which made it the best nights sleep. We swam at the hotels private beach everyday - take snorkel gear so that you can see the fish when swimming. The water was warm to swim in during our stay 5/6/24 - 8/6/24. But...

“Tolle Unterkunft. Allerdings wird es ohne Mietwagen schwer sich fortzubewegen. Meidet die Zimmern mit 400er, da sie unterhalb des Daches sind und irgendwas auf dem Dach dafür sorgt, dass sehr viel Lärm entsteht. Verlangt sonst ein anderes Zimmer. Wir hatten dann ein neues Zimmer bekommen und alles andere war wundervoll. ”

this was requested months ago but didnt help at all.. it was a quite a troublesome checking in running around arguing and changing rooms unnecessarily.. it was a common sense above all.."
"La struttura è carina e abbastanza centrale. La colazione è scarsa nella scelta, la stanza della colazione è perennemente invasa da fumo e odore di bruciacchiato ed è impossibili starci. C'è la possibilità di mangiare fuori, ma anche solo il tempo di prendere il cibo è fastidioso. Credo dovrebbero fare qualcosa per la cappa sopra la piastra dove venivano cotte le omelette. Il personale gentilmente ci ha risolto un problema dato dal sistema mal funzionante di Hotels.com (che in 4 ci aveva venduto una tripla), dandoci una camera più grande con l'integrazione di un sovrapprezzo.Il problema è stato che ci è stato chiesto di pagare IMMEDIATAMENTE la differenza, nonostante fossimo appena entrati in camera dopo un lungo viaggio e nonostante stessimo 4 notti.Questo non mi è piaciuto, avremmo pagato anche mezz'ora dopo,ma sembrava urgente da non dare neanche il tempo di lavarsi le mani. "
