“I felt like the staff to guest ratio was 2/1 and everyone was most helpful and congenial we were in the penthouse riverside room with a private terrace and it was beautifully decorated and appointed. Such luxury. The 4 course breakfast was worth rolling out of the comfy bed for. We loved our stay and will recommend it to all of our friends. We watched the sunset on the wisteria canopied terrace each night of our stay and entertained our friends there. Thanks all”

Great location and beautiful view of the river. Near several quick and easy restaurants; close to the airport and tourist attractions but not surrounded by tourists. Extremely easy to either order...

Punti forti: pulizia, buona offerta di servizi, buona colazione.
Da migliorare: le stanze hanno delle tende che non nascondono gli interni (ergo abbiamo visto le stanze dentro di altri soggiornanti), la nostra stanza di notte aveva forse qualche problema di fognatura per via dell'odore.
Colazione molto golosa ma da aumentare offerta prodotti senza lattosio e proteici.

Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second.

“This hotel was beautiful, clean, and very quaint. The property was gorgeous overlooking Duoro valley with an amazing infinity pool. However, there were no food options or winery tours available when we were there? Not sure if this is normally how it is, but we always had to drive somewhere else to do anything. If you’re looking for a hotel that you can remain on the property then I don’t recommend this one, but if you’re looking for a quiet hotel and are okay with driving for tours/food then...
