“We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. “A clean and comfortable apartment close to restaurants, bars and shops. It was well appointed with crockery, cutlery etc but strangely no soap, shampoo or dish washing supplies. The late check in and early check out times could be an inconvenience for many.”
