The house is a typical stone ligurian house (dated around 1600), contiguous to the medieval church and functoning bell tower and next to the village grocery.
The closest village, Cipressa, is easily reachable on foot (10 min walk through panoramic view path): here you could find restaurants, newsagents and bars.
With a total surface of 90 square meter and developing on three floors the house is constituted as follow. Opening in the entrance hall, on the first floor, a terracotta stair lead the guests up to the second floor where the core of the house deploys charmingly: a sitting room equipped with a fireplace, relaxing bamboo chairs and a fully equipped kitchen; main bedroom (doublebed) and second room provided with 2 twin beds; a large barthroom with shower.
In the additional opening, leading to the strair for the terrace at the third floor, guests will find a sofa-bed and a characteristic rocking chair for your relax time.
Up at the third floor, the terrace, 60square meter wide, give you the chance to get the best out of your vacation, sunbathing freely and dining and breakfasting with a breathtaking view at the ligurian sea. Terrace is fully equipped with sundecks, sunshades, garden tables and chairs.

Nel suggestivo cuore del borgo storico di Costarainera, questo appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, vi regalerà una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della natura,tra la collina e il mare.
L'alloggio è posizionato all'interno di una tipica casa ligure in pietra, risalente a fine 1600, situata alle spalle della Chiesa di San Giovanni Battista e a qualche metro dal mini market del paese.
Con una breve passeggiata di 10 minuti con vista panoramica sulla costa, si raggiunge il borgo di Cipressa che offre ristoranti,bar,tabaccheria,salone di bellezza e molto altro.
L'appartamento, di 90 mq circa , è disposto su tre piani; dal primo si accede all' Ampio ingresso, tramite una comoda scala in cotto si raggiunge il secondo piano, entrando subito in un'ampia sala luminosa con tre finestre, caminetto in pietra funzionante e grande zona cottura con tavolo da pranzo, ampia camera matrimoniale con originale vista mare , cameretta con due letti singoli. Nell'anticamera situata tra la sala e la camera da letto matrimoniale c'è un divano letto che consente di avere un ulteriore posto letto. Completa il piano un bellissimo bagno con doccia.

Con una scala a chiocciola si accede al terzo livello trovando una bellissima terrazza di 60 mq circa con vista a 360° dalla collina al mare , dove è possibile prendere il sole in tutta tranquillità e cenare con vista imprendibile sul golfo.
