“Excellent in every respect- Stephanie was a superb host. We had such a relaxing and super stay- would love to go back.”

“We asked for an earlier than 5:00pm check in and were told to pay 25euros.Road was closed due to construction so we couldn’t unload there. On checkin were told no internet because the cables were cut so had to use our own data. We asked about Daily Managers reception and they said they don’t know what that is. No welcome beverage offered. Breakfast was ok but the host touches the food with her fingers as she explains it to you. Sour liquid cheese, no yogurt Construction started at 8am and 7:30am...

“Five stars is not enough for this gem of a hotel. Before we arrived Benjamin was attentive and helpful. When we arrived we had a fantastic tour of the hotel and its Onsen Spa and pool. We met the pets and were able to explore to our hearts content. Our room(s) was beautifully decorated, well thought out, clean and spacious, with lovely views over the gardens. The children were made to feel incredibly welcome and enjoyed using the pool and spa. The onsen is particularly special, magical even....

“Tutto veramente ok. A partire dalle indicazioni che, una volta raggiunto Lugny, ti guidano in questo bellissimo angolo al limitare del bosco. In mezzo a campi e vigne, belle camere ampie e fresche, e un'accoglienza cortese e attenta. Colazione a base di prodotti fatti in casa, e degustazione di vini su richiesta. Lo consigliamo, anche a chi viaggia con bambini.”
