“This hotel is very centrally located in Basterre, a very walkable distance from the ferry terminal, shops, and downtown. There is a grocery store located downstairs (the property is a walk up stairs). I had a great stay and would recommend this property to friends.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. AC and shower very good. 5 min walk to the Ferry and center of town. Only issue was the staff wasn’t there ever. Another guest had to call to get someone to show up half hour later to check me in. Other than that 5 stars. ”

“Toni’s home was the perfect match. It’s located close to town, the supermarkets, hot springs, restaurants and bars. She has special touches such as a welcome card, local fruits & bottled water upon arrival. You also have access to her tea garden near the rear door. The house was very clean & comfortable and I felt very safe. Toni was always available to answer questions prior to my arrival up until check out. “The Golden Rock is a beautiful, low intensity hotel complex, with exceptional gardens. It offers something quite different than other hotels in Nevis. The staff were exceptionally helpful and caring. They also helped to make arrival easy by organizing a seamless transfer from the airport to the water taxi and then to the hotel. Highly recommend”
