Welcome to our beautiful home, perfect for your SEDONA vacation. Our 3.5 acre property is nestled on the edge of a beautiful, tranquil national forest, with a stunning view of Mingus Mtn, and off in the distance, the red rocks of Sedona. This home is brand new to the vacation market which is why it does not have any reviews yet. But we're sure that you'll be delighted with the accommodations and give high ratings.

Our 3,800 sq ft villa with 10 ft ceilings, has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, 2 family rooms each with their own fireplace, a dining room, a breakfast bar and a wet bar. Each of the two master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms; one master bedroom has a king while the other is a queen. The other 3 bedrooms are queens and there is a sofa sleeper in the office, for the surprise guests that just may decide to stay overnight. You can grab a coffee and sit outside in the front courtyard, watching a specular sunrise, or sit back and relax and lounge by the poolside, with a cocktail in hand, or wait until dark and gaze at the beautiful star-filled sky.

The kitchen with its granite counter tops, is fully equipped with all the major appliances, cooking and eating utensils you need when you want to eat in. The kitchen has high-end appliances including an air-fryer, microwave and a super quiet dishwasher. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator in the garage, should you need it.


When you are ready to relax, your entertainment is all there: WiFi connected, 50inch smart TV in master bedroom and main family room with a DVD player, a 40 inch and/or 32inch TV's in each of the other bedrooms. All have streaming access via Roku.

The pool is south facing to make the most of the glorious sunshine. A great place to relax with plenty of seating and loungers to lie back and enjoy the sun. The pool is NOT heated October thru April.

Nearby you will find shopping within a 10 minute drive: Safeway, Fry's, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin' Donut, several great Mexican & Latin restaurants and gas stations. 15 minutes gets you into Cottonwood’s downtown district where there are many fine dining and wine tasting choices to pick from. 20 -25 minutes gets you into Sedona for more fine dining options, trails and hiking, and jeep rides. There are 7 golf courses within 18 miles, some as close as 3 miles away. Explore beautiful Jerome, nestled high above Cottonwood, to visit the copper mine museum and the haunted Grand Hotel, or take a train ride on the Verde Valley Railroad and meet Santa in his village. For the skiing buffs, do a day trip up to the Flagstaff SnowBall ski which is only 48 miles north from here.

MID-STAY CLEANING: For stays of 2 weeks or more, a mid-stay professional cleaning is included - we know you don't want to be cleaning toilets on vacation! We will work with you to schedule this while you're out exploring so you don't have anyone under foot.

PARENTS: Please note this house is not baby proofed. We do include a pack n play and dishes for kids, however you are responsible for child and baby safety. There is a fence around the pool, however, pool safety and supervision are required by parents and other adults at all times to prevent accidents.

Upon check-out, no need to make the bed or take out the garbage. You just have to put the dirty laundry in the laundry basket and turn on the dishwasher. That's all! No other surprises or work.
