“⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ — Friendly Staff, but the Hotel Needs Major Upkeep I stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Eagle Pass and found the staff friendly and the lobby clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the rest of the property needs attention. The exterior had trash and overgrown shrubs, and our room wasn’t ready at 2:45 PM due to staffing issues. The hallways smelled old and musty, and the room itself was outdated with a similar odor, though the A/C worked well. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and the bathroom...

“Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..”

“This is an older hotel which is fine, it doesn’t bother me. But the room was hot, the ac didn’t help much. I’m not sure if the cleaning staff leaves the doors open when they are cleaning the rooms but there was several flys & misquotes and last but not least the shower, it is so old & so small. The hotel needs serious repairs and renovations.”
