A spa is located in an adjoining room of this restored barn, offering direct views of the garden and its mature trees, and is very close to the outdoor heated swimming pool (open from late May to late September).

Supplement per pet per day: €10. The property comprises 16th and 18th-century buildings (a small manor house, farmhouse, and outbuildings), fully renovated in 2023 with contemporary interior design, while preserving their original exterior appearance. This 300 m² building sits on a landscaped and wooded 3000 m² plot in a protected natural area. The property borders a footpath known as "Les Chemins Creux" (The Hollow Paths), making it ideal for country walks, rest, and relaxation. Enjoy the countryside on the edge of town, just 10 minutes from the TGV train station and 7 minutes from the Le Mans Nord motorway exit.
The six bedrooms overlook a private landscaped courtyard with a large, two-hundred-year-old linden tree.
To enhance the ambiance and evoke the site's historical character, we have preserved some historical elements in the grounds (an antique cart, an apple press, and benches reconstructed using the original beams, etc.). A large ground-floor bedroom with its own private bathroom is also available.

There is a spacious living area and a terrace on the same level.
