“The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the room was in awful shape. There were dirty towels and a kite on the floor in the closet. The heater rattled all night, the toilet seat was loose and water ran in the toilet constantly. The sink had a clog of paper so water wouldn't drain. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking building. We discovered the smoke came through the heater from outside when people went out to smoke. There were what looked like scratches or...

“Good place the rooms actually good and clean the carpets in the corridors old . Daily room service . Some of the electric outlet does not work . Rooms has tv good size refrigerator and microwave . Nice swiming pool but not clear what is the operation hours and how to access it ? ”
