This is something that this facility and Expedia should have identified during my reservation, instead of after letting me pay for it, driving 45 min to the location, and telling me after presenting my ID. “Il posto è molto spartano, la pulizia dei servizi aggiuntivi lasciano molto a desiderare. Non ci siamo svegliati in tempo per provare la colazione quindi non possiamo commentare anche quest’ultima. Unica nota positiva il costo e l’ampio parcheggio gratuito.”

Mi dispiace però dire che all'arrivo ci era stato detto che non avevano colazione inclusa ma ci veniva offerto un drink. “We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization”

“Overall it was an ok stay, why, because the beds were very lumpy and didn't offer much back support while sleeping. We found ourselves tossing and turning through out the night. The breakfast wasnt much to desire either. The pancake machine was down, the oatmeal looked as if it were saved over from the day before as it was dry and literally bottom bucket style looking. If breakfast opened at 0700 and we arrived at 0730 then how did it get to look and be the way it did? Normally the experience...

“Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera “Imperial”, dico solo che sono stati molto bravi a pubblicizzarla. Per aprire l’acqua della doccia bisogna per forza bagnarsi. Stanza piena di mobili in cui è difficile girarsi. Ragnatele ataviche sopra il condizionatore. Durante le pulizie hanno preso per sbagli l’accappatoio di mio figlio di 1 anno e mai ritrovato, ho dovuto ricomprarlo. Mai più ospite in questa struttura.”
