Questa sofisticata suite con una camera offre un piccolo angolo cottura, un camino elettrico, una TV a grande schermo e un grande tavolo da pranzo con molti posti a sedere. Property was beautiful and well kept. Very comfortable bed, Smeg appliances, and a great selection of board games and books in the unit for entertainment. A short walk down to the water with lots of room for the dog to play. Hot tub, fire pit, and back yard were a great bonus. My only recommendation is to provide more information in the check-in email. We did not know how to access the beach, how/when the hot tub could be used, if we should clean and put away dishes (there's no dishwasher), where extra towels were, etc.

Very cozy and well appointed, except that the size of the stove and the counter top are so small in the kitchenette that it was challenging to make a meal. Otherwise really lovely. Difficult to figure out where/how to get down to the beach. Information on that would be helpful. All roads marked private. I asked a neighbor if it was ok to walk down a road marked private w my dog, and she said yes. Otherwise, wouldn’t have known. Glad I ran into her.

This place was quiet and private - the other two units were rented at the same time, but you really only knew that because of the cars in the driveway. They have a toaster oven in addition to the microwave and refrigerator (that's a good thing to add to the listing) - and the gas BBQ was great for dinners. It was perfect for the two of us - if you had a family, not having a kitchen sink might be a hurdle, but the listing is as-described and quite lovely.

location and view were fantastic, lots of deer everywhere. Bed was painfully soft with a low density mattress topper atop an already squishy mattress. Kitchenette has no sink, most light bulbs were burned out, shower was tiny stall hard to turn around in, no printed matter on the area, quirks of the space, local highlights.

Clean property, but cheaply built. Materials used in the construction were cheap. A sink in the kitchenette does not exist, and it installation at the time of construction would have not cost more than $300 .

Loved how secluded and quiet this little space was, overlooking the trees. While the listing says "water view" and "ocean view," the view of the water is a small slice through the trees, it is more accurate to say that this is a forest view property, that said, there is a hint of water, and I did very much enjoy the "tree house" feeling of this loft space. It was a cozy space to rest, read, and write, and very close to Coupeville. Dislikes: having to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink, and kitchenette not as well stocked as I'd liked (there was only one tea bag, and no reusable plates or mugs—using paper cups isn't as enviro-conscious). When I used the coffeemaker to boil tea water, dead bugs floated down into my cup. There was a bit of mildew in the corners of the shower, and some of the face towels smelled of mold. The stairs going up into the space were slippery when wet, and my poor elderly dog had to be carried, which was treacherous for all of us in the dark. The owner may want to consider installing stair treads—it's a simple fix. Having recently gotten over a bad fall injury myself—this would be much appreciated. Renters, if you have any trouble with walking stability—stay on the lower units. All this said, I did really enjoy my weekend here. If I come back, I'll be better prepared and carry more of my own stuff, and might stay on a lower floor, if they are dog-friendly.

This property would be more acceptable if it had a wet bar to access water. There were only two paper plates available for use. Like the location. The solar lights on the steps are very dim and not adequate for late arrival. The access code was not provided on the reservation confirmation and had to call Vanesa.

It was very nice,clean. Very peaceful and quiet. The bed was not comfortable and one piece of furniture was broken and not usable.
