“Hotel needs a major renovations pool area and spa needs to be redone completely needs to have Jacuzzi outside built into the ground. Spa area is very very little and very very hot rooms are not as comfortable as you would want them to be for a five star hotel.”

“Last year I got food poisoning which cost me a days skiing and a very uncomfortable night with bouts of vomiting. Thinking it would be a one off we booked again due mainly to the fantastic location. This year we were two couples and all four of us got sick to varying degrees with three of us unable to ski for a day. “Great location. All staff were wonderful - except for the manager. She was unwelcoming and quite rude from the moment we arrived. However, all other staff were extremely helpful - especially Sidney in the breakfast dining room. Room was spotless and housekeeping were very thorough. ”
