A stone house full of memories Located in the peaceful farming village of Cournols, this historic stone family home welcomes you for a peaceful stay. Here, time seems to slow down, and as soon as you walk in, a familiar feeling settles in… much like arriving at your grandmother’s house for vacation. The antique furniture tells the story of the place, while the owners have begun to modernize the house in small ways to offer simple, pleasant comfort without taking away from its character. The result: a warm, comforting atmosphere where you quickly feel at home. The house is attached to a barn, now used as storage space—a subtle reminder of the village’s agricultural past. From the cottage, the view is wide open, offering a beautiful panorama of the surrounding countryside, perfect for peace and quiet and unwinding. The house is laid out as follows: On the first floor: - a kitchen adjoining the dining room - a living room - a bathroom - a separate toilet On the first floor: - a bedroom with a 140-bed - a bedroom with a 140-bed - a bedroom with two 90-cm beds - a combined bedroom/living area with a pull-out bed for one person The cottage is accessible either from the front, via a grassy path, or from the back near the garage. The rear entrance leads to a mezzanine level, between the first floor and the first floor. Nearby, the Randol Monastery invites you to contemplate and take walks in a preserved natural setting.
