It is located on the first floor of a quiet residence, with its back to the Courseulles marina (there are only 2–3 steps to climb upon entering the apartment).
The entryway opens into the living area, which features a table and chairs, a TV, and a 2-person sofa bed (140x190cm; please bring your own sheets—best suited for a child). The apartment overlooks the parking lot and the oyster bed.
