Bright, south-facing, quiet, and comfortable 30-square-meter apartment with an enclosed loggia, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), with an unobstructed view (no ocean view).

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

You’ll enter the apartment through a small hallway leading to the shower room with a toilet.

Next, you’ll arrive in the living area, which opens onto a beautiful, enclosed 7m² loggia—allowing you to enjoy it year-round.

The living area opens onto the living room, which features a sleeper sofa (please bring your own sheets; we do not provide them) and a television.

Private parking space located at the bottom of the building.

Included: Linens (towels, dish towels, bath mats, sheets for the double bed but not for the sofa bed). Paper towels, dish soap, liquid hand soap, a few coffee pods, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, and salt. A welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, and a trash bag will be waiting for you in the apartment.

For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase any additional supplies.

There is a shared bike storage room in the building, accessible via a staircase.

Ideally located waterfront building:
- direct access to the seawall and the beach, perfect for lovely walks,
- close to downtown, accessible via the seawall, with all the shops, boutiques, restaurants, a movie theater, a bowling alley, a market, as well as a playground, a skatepark, an equestrian center, etc.

The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator.

You’ll have access to the entire apartment as well as all the amenities.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Check-in can be done independently using the key box.
