Enjoy a bright and spacious apartment, located less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to downtown. Its furnished balcony with outdoor furniture is perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun, sharing a drink, or simply soaking up the beautiful weather.

This property is managed by Objectif Trip, a concierge service for vacation rentals that takes great care of its guests!

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. Upon arrival, you’ll discover a pleasant, spacious living area designed to accommodate guests with limited mobility, featuring a living area and an open kitchen.

The living room has a TV and direct access to the furnished balcony; a sofa that converts into a 140 cm double bed, allowing you to accommodate 2 additional guests.
Please note: for the sofa bed, be sure to bring your own sheets, comforter, and pillows, as these are not provided.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room and features a table and chairs, is fully equipped so you can easily enjoy your meals on-site:
- refrigerator/freezer;
- stovetop;
- oven;
- microwave;
- dishwasher;
- Senseo coffee maker;
- electric kettle;
- necessary dishes and utensils.

Sleeping arrangements:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 cm double bed.

You will also find:

Included: Linens (towels, sheets for the two double beds but not for the sofa bed, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including: a roll of toilet paper, sponges, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll let you purchase what you need.
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi.

The apartment is on the second floor and is accessible by elevator.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.
