“Small rooms…little room for two suitcases. Basic but adequate breakfast. Easy location…easier to drive to town center. Good for night before WWII beaches. AC not very strong. Noise could be heard from outside hotel (guests watch TV, horses at vet clinic) and inside (kids on a field trip enjoying the next room over!) Adequate, but nothing special.”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful for our stay. We loved our rooms, however we were switched from a room with air conditioning to an apartment without due to an issue with the suite we had reserved. This gave us more space, but we had to leave the windows open for airflow. One room was comfortable, the other was a bit warm during the night during the heatwave. Otherwise, the hotel was absolutely perfect for our stay.”

“We could not do the visit due to a family emergency and needed to move the dates of our stay.. We had been scheduled to stay in one of the junior suites and were excited and looking forward to our trip. When approached regarding moving our stay the hotel staff were blunt, unhelpful and refused to even consider moving our visit to another date over the summer. Clearly this is a luxury hotel without any soul, pride or sense of retaining it’s reputation.. This is the poorest treatment we have had...
