The spacious living room is the heart of the house: pool table, air hockey, board games, a large lounge area with TV and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests of all ages will find plenty to enjoy and create lasting memories.Upstairs, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms that each sleep 4 people, each equipped with one 180x200 bed and two 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as 2 bathrooms (with showers) and 2 toilets. Outside, everything is set up for your enjoyment: a private swimming pool heated to 29 degrees and open from May 1 to September 15 (depth 1.80m, safety curtain), a large furnished terrace, a lounge area for pre-dinner drinks, patio furniture and a grill for your summer meals, a secure enclosed courtyard for parking or a game of pétanque, a bike shed... A true haven to gather, share, and relax in complete tranquility. Beds made, linens provided, heating and electricity included. Cleaning included, except for removing sheets, taking out the trash, and vacuuming.
