“We booked this hotel in May 2026 with a list of amenities including room refrigerators and microwaves, a hotel pool, and guest bourbon bar. These definitely figured into our booking the hotel. We arrived to find that the hotel was sold in June 2026 and was being renovated. The pool was empty and there was no bar available. Our room had no refrigerator or microwave. “The property is a repurposed historic home and the rooms very unique in the best way. Staff was so accommodating from housekeeping to restaurant and bar servers. Also, it's just a short walk to local shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We'll definitely be back.”

“I liked that I was able to bring my pup. My main reason for my stay was to get my pup out of my neighborhood away from the fireworks. The hotel isn't super close to neighborhoods so it was overall a very stress free stay. Stay was very kind, parking was convenient and breakfast was nice.”

“The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair.
