“The rooms were clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was nothing Cold cereal or pancakes they didn't have ran out of waffles muffins everything everything was wiped out and we went down early at 7:00”

“Bathroom had mold growing on sink. Bedspreads had cigarette burns in them. Carpet stained. Breakfast area and lobby were clean & neat. Booked a 3 night stay but true to unforseen circumstances as well as condition of room needed to check out 1 day early. Gave over 24 hour notice but still charged for 3rd night. Would not recommend”

“Woke up early morning to a dripping sound (never figured out where it was coming from) And then the doors shut very loud. The doors in the building are heavy and loud when they close. Other than that nice stay”

“The lobby was clean, nothing special but clean enough. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like urine it was terrible. Wish we could open the windows and let some of that TN air in. Breakfast was nothing special, typical for this type of hotel. We spent two night there so we survived but if this was a longer trip I would have definitely looked for other place to move to. The smell was just unbearable.”

“This is such a neat little spot! A retro redo to revitalize an older property. The staff is amazing! You can't beat the value for your room and parking. The location is extremely walkable to downtown attractions and restaurants. We love staying here when we are traveling in the area!”

“Just stayed one night passing through. I hate couldn’t stay more!! The Room 8 was wonderful. On the end at the pool, great parking, wonderful view. So cute inside. Rose did a wonderful job cleaning the room. And Holly had a beautiful breakfast laid out in the morning!! Love, love!!!”

“The back door did not lock. Did not see much as far as security cameras especially at back door. I moved my vehicle around to the front overnight because I did not feel safe leaving it in the back lot. Trashcan by back door overstuffed and smelled like dead fish with a spent syringe laying on the ground next to it. The inside was nice and clean but looked like the outside needed some major attention.”

“If anything goes wrong here and you’re unable to get in your room or there is an emergency do not expect anyone from PMI Scenic Rentals to answer the phone and assist you or to even call you and tell you ahead of time if there is an issue on their end. Ended up having to change bookings through Expedia so my wife and I would have somewhere to stay. If you plan on staying here just make sure you have a backup plan ready with enough money to pay for a hotel down the street.”
