“The property is absolutely beautiful. The lawns are groomed and the flowers are unbelievable. The staff were wonderful. Office recommended an excellent restaurant and even gave us a coupon to use. The office had coffee, lemonade, and cookies. Breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great pool. Location is right next to Covenant College and literally across the street from a fantastic tourist site .. Rock City. I could keep typing ....”

“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“The staff at check in, didn't tell us to watch our step getting off the elevator because the floors in front of the elevator when you got off were being redone,! No safety signs & pieces of construction materials laying around. Large gaps in flooring. Messy! The workers not being safe. Breakfast - cheap yogurt, no hard boiled eggs or cartons of milk. I had stayed at a Quinta in Gainesville Florida & it was nice, not this one. Room ok, but refrigerator wasn't plugged in!”

“This is my second time staying at this property. The first was fate, this time was intentional. I love the spaciousness of the rooms, truly an intimate party space or family gathering place in the middle of the gorgeous downtown area. Bar and coffee shop on property, walking distance from a ton of other options as well. The room was sparkling clean, and the A/C was divine in that intense heat. Only complaint is the bit of ricketiness of the elevators. Other than that, zero complaints as I will...
