Very clean. Friendly staff, restaurant and bar attached. Good shower, comfy bed, personal use deck outide room with Shallow Bay view. Outstanding!

Our room looked out onto the bay just a few metres from the shore. The restaurant and pub are great for breakfast and dinner. The staff are very helpful. It was a great place to stop for two days on our Newfoundland trip

Good overall.
Good stay overall. A kettle would have been nice as instant coffee would have been better than what was provided. Ordered supper from the dining room over the phone, no one called when it was ready for pickup, so unfortunately our supper was cold.

Nice room but AC and TV need to be improved.
Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. TV channels were limited and many unwatchable due to poor reception. AC was efficient but extremely loud, no way to sleep with it running

This property is Top Shelf, Staff Top Notch, lovely pool and common area. The Beaches of Shallow Bay are white sand, warm salt water, great for swimming or just wading along the beaches.

1 Night Stay was OK.
Staff was very courteous from front desk to restaurant. Dining room looked over the water & outdoor pool. Rib supper was good, seafood platter not so good (rubbery cod, scallops & shrimp were OK). Ample parking, right beside room made it easy to unload/load luggage. Room was clean, double beds in ours, bathroom clean & stocked. Shower was good pressure. Motel style, a little dated but ok for a 1 night stay.

We loved the view from our room, the bay no more than 20 feet away from our window! The room was clean and cozy and the staff were great, taking the time to answer questions and generally being helpful.
