Hotel vicino a Cowart Lake - Atlanta

“Arrived at the hotel after a wedding I was in and the doors were locked. We could not check in. Im waiting for a refund.”

“First of all the pull out couch NEEDS to be replaced. Designate room ONLY for those with their animals. My daughter got sick for a week post being in that room sleeping on what was probably infected with animal hair etc. also where are the electric charging stations? It is 2026 so why are you late in providing g customers with that option?”

“Sono stato in questo hotel solo per una notte. Parcheggio gratuito ma colazione a pagamento; si paga ciò che si prende; non c’è un prezzo a forfait. Materasso comodo ma camere, secondo la mia opinione, da ammodernare. Non ci tornerei.”

“Floor had grit and crumbs on it, hair in bathtub, and the hot water didn't work. Bed was clean and mostly comfortable. I wasn't overly bothered as I only needed a place to sleep before flying out of Atlanta for a trip. I would have been upset I needed to stay longer.”

“We were trying to contact the hotel the entire time to inform them that we would be arriving late, but no one ever answered. We called repeatedly from around 9:00 p.m. until about 1:00 a.m., but were never able to reach anyone at the front desk. At that point, we still had about an hour and a half of driving left to reach the hotel. Because we could not confirm a late check-in, we decided not to take the risk and had to book another hotel along the way, which meant paying for an additional stay...

“Not even dog can stay in that filthy place 😒 I lost my money due to unsafe conditions no light in the room wires hanging out of the ceiling. The state needs to come and visit the place.”

“Hotel was in disrepair. Breakfast was lacking. Treadmill didn't work.”

“Besides the leak coming from the ceiling from the room above me into my shower in the bathroom and the 2 people cussing each other out EVERY night from 9pm till 5am (I believe the leak is coming from their room) my room is quite comfy and cozy, the bed is the best and having the A/C is super nice. Also Housekeeping and Jazz at the desk are the best!!”
