“Helpful frendly ,welcoming staff.Large room(althogh a little dark) Sadly, there appeared to be no hot water available in our bathroom on our first morning,(despite running the hot water tap for about 10 minutes),so we were unable to take advantage of the wonderful looking freestanding roll top bath. “Once probably a very poice hotel. Now without proper maintanance overpriced and very noisy. We had a good room, premium, although the fridge in the room was taken out, light in the bathroom didn’t function. Breakfast was very poor, very basic with almost nothing to choose from. Spa was ok.”
