Hotel vicino a Cowell's Beach - Santa Cruz

“our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spacious, clean, and stylishly furnished, with a bathroom that feels like it belongs in a higher-end hotel. The location is perfect for reaching the main beaches at a walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again. Special mention to the staff for their kindness!”

“Great views and right on beach. Nice retro surf vibe. If you have and/or love kids, this is a great place. However, if you want a quiet, couples trip, this is not the place. Pool and hot tub are jammed with kids all the time and quite dirty.”

“Location was great for walking to the nearby brewpubs and shops, easy access to walking trail. However, our room was facing Mission St and it was super noisy from cars driving by throughout the night and morning. They didn't have any rooms on the first floor so only floor was second floor. There were stairs to get out and let you out on the street, which was convenient with dogs, but door doesn't open from the outside so always had to go inside to get to room. All in all, it was fine, convenient...

“We had a very enjoyable stay overall and would definitely consider visiting again. The property was clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the location was excellent—close to several beautiful beaches and convenient to local attractions. There were a few drawbacks. Our cottage was located up quite a few stairs, which made carrying luggage and navigating with children a bit challenging. The breakfast options...

“The breakfast was delicious and healthy! They offer a lot of extras like wine and cheese, bikes and beach supplies. The rooms were comfortable and smelled fresh. I only wish there was a chair in my room. Otherwise still a 5-star experience! Fantastic location to getting to a popular beach as well.”

“The bathroom was nice enough and updated. The rest of the room was not really great. The beds were clean but very old mattresses and linens. Thin pillows and not many of them. The beds were on metal platforms that made loud echoing noises every time anything would brush against them or if someone got too close and bumped it. There are no lamps and only one usable outlet outside of the bathroom. The lights are spotlights that come on two at once over the beds. The beds are not comfortable....
