**Pets**



Your furry friend is welcome upon request:



* $150 pet fee

* 1 pet max

* 75 lb max

* Please properly dispose of pet waste** **



**Parking**



* Off-street parking is available for up to 4 vehicles.

* All vehicles must be registered prior to arrival.

* Street parking is not permitted anywhere in the community.



**Lake & Boating**



* Short-term renters are not permitted to bring their own kayaks or boats, but we’re happy to offer 2 - adult and 2 - children's kayaks, as well as a stand up paddle board (based on season)

* There are no lifeguards on duty, so please swim and enjoy the lake responsibly and at your own risk.



**Safety & Community Etiquette **



* To maintain the peaceful nature of Sleepy Hollow Lake, no parties or loud music are permitted.

* Only registered guests are allowed on the property during your stay.

* Quiet hours: Sunday–Friday: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Weekends & holidays: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM

* The speed limit within the community is 20 MPH — please drive carefully!

* Sleepy Hollow Lake has 24/7 security to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
