“Had a problem confirming our reservation because of name change. The property was nice and clean. Bugs was a bit of a problem. ”

“My family and I had a blast staying in Jaco. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. We loved being so close to the beach and our family made good use of the pool. The only concern was that some of the rooms felt a bit musty with the layout and humidity outside. Still a great holiday and we would happily work with these hosts again when we return to Costa Rica.”

“The house was perfect, and the concierge staff was totally on top of everything, from arranging activities, getting extra keys, groceries, and a couple minor repairs: everything was done speedily, and with excellent communication. and: so fortunate, there was a great cantina 1/2 block down the beach, for any snacks, meals or drinks needed!!! “This was the perfect house for my family ages from 4 to 88 years old. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations'. We saw more wildlife from Casa de Espana then any of the various tours that we took. “The property management is extraordinarily easy to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the area. We have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed.
