“We were disappointed that when we booked the Holiday Inn for 2 mights and came back 2 days later to stay, that it wasn't the same hotel. Expedia had booked us at a different Holiday Inn farther from our destination. We had understood that it would be the same location we had been at before. We didn't appreciate the extra driving after a long day.

“The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty to eat. The room was iffy, kind of dirty, there wasn't batteries in the Carbon Dioxide detector and so we had to use our own. There was a clicking sound that kept happening in the room that was kind of suspicious but over all if you're exhausted and need to rest this was an okay stay.”

“The parking area is unsafe. When I woke up this morning, I found my car wrecked on the driver's side; it appears someone crashed into it and then fled the scene. I asked them to review the security footage to gather information, but they told me I would have to wait two days. They were completely uncooperative—this has truly been my worst experience. Now, I stand to lose $3,000 of my own money to repair the car.”
