“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! “Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests.”

“Wonderful breakfast, Wonderful staff. This is our stay for the hospital so we have been several times. Funny story, walked into the bathroom and a mouse was behind the toilet, ran at me, I screamed, it ran under the door and down the hall. Quite hilarious. :)) we will still be back. ”
