“Very pleasant stay staff gave us an early check-in the hotel is located right by Parksville board walk. Very clean, parked right in front of room and walked out of the sliding doors to the beach. Could not get any closer.”

“The staff for this large and busy Inn and restaurant were without exception, wonderful. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room seemed to be newly upgraded and was very comfortable. Only suggestion for other travellers was to note that the coffee maker is for espresso only, and there were no options for tea--but we could have had a kettle sent up! ”

“It was not disclosed in the Expedia listing that the pool/hottub/sauna were off property at a resort down the street. Inconvenient for those with mobility issues. False advertising....”

“Great location on the lake with great views, especially at sunrise. Couldn't try the sauna/whirlpool as a local kids' party had taken over the Inn (common areas on 2nd floor and the entire whirlpool enclosure), which was very disappointing. (As were all the Moms walking barefoot throughout the lobby/property and then stepping into the hot tub). Rooms were decent, good size, comfrotable beds and linens - good value for the price here. ”

“Everything for a fee. Cleaning sub par, debris in long shag carpet. Hotel ornaments/decorations and belongings wedged in sofa bed. Kitchen missing key items. Greeting was friendly. Check out was terrible. Charged excessively for accidental damages (broken glass). Manager wont respond. Front desk attendants combative and unable to assist. ”
