Overall the hotel was good. Housekeeping was hit and miss during the 4 days that we spent there. Breakfast buffet was standard. People were mostly courteous.

I booked a 2 queen bedroom online. Upon check-in, the first room they gave me already had occupants in it! The next room was clearly not cleaned, it was only a single king bed and the bedding and pillows were all piled on the bed. The front desk staff told me there were no other rooms available. ...
