Cranbrook High Street is accessible by foot and offers a wide range of shopping including a Michelin star restaurant, coffee shops, a delicatessen and an ale house serving local beers, ciders and wine. The surrounding countryside is dotted with National Trust sites, famous gardens and castles and there is also a golf course and fishing lakes close by. In Tenterden climb on board one of the beautifully restored carriages of a steam train and enjoy a journey through the pretty Rother Valley to Bodiam Castle or plan a tour of one of our must-visit vineyards and breweries. Trains to London and the coast are available from Staplehurst station 5 miles away.
