Just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in the heart of the Auvergne region, nestled in a verdant, wooded setting, lies the Gîte des Deux Sources. Located on a large property, the gîte, adjoining the owners' house and separated by a barn, is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is the starting point for numerous hiking trails. Whether offering sweeping views of the beautiful Auvergne landscapes, winding through lovely forest paths, crossing small bridges, passing charming granite houses, or following streams, you can explore them by bicycle/mountain bike, on horseback, or simply on foot.
The village of Craponne-sur-Arzon is 3 km away, providing quick access (on foot via the charming Bois de Noël forest path or by car) to all amenities (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, etc.). Chantal and Jean-Pierre will be delighted to welcome you and will do their utmost to ensure you have the most pleasant stay possible.

On the other hand, the gîte also welcomes riders with their horses (€10/night/horse), to be arranged and paid for directly with the owner.

Everything is designed for everyone's comfort, from the large outdoor spaces: a ping-pong table, adult foosball, badminton, pétanque, a small climbing wall, a Kota (traditional hut), and a Remundi barbecue.

For cyclists, a garage provides sheltered storage for bicycles!

Rates are all-inclusive, including bed linen, towels, household linen, cleaning, and heating. On the ground floor of the gîte, you will find a large living area equipped with a kitchen, a dining room, and a lounge area. A games room and a bathroom with a separate toilet complete this level.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of five generously sized bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the gîte is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day included (any excess will be charged to the hosts on site).
