Hotel a Crary

“No one at front desk to check us in then someone came but didn't know how to work computer, he was the cook. Told us to come back we came back, but us in a room but it was a single bed, we reserved a king. Went to front desk again then they put us in a king room got to room and it was dirty. That guy at from desk was the cook/bartender, told us to come back again. We back with got into a room but still was not a king room. And 3 hours later finally got into a room. ”

“The breakfast menu was quite lacking. They were under stock on food. There was no meat or protein with the breakfast they had been out of waffle batter for weeks. It was very disappointing. They also ran out of travel coffee cups. It very impressed ”

“Although renovations seem to be happening, the original iron spring mattress should be a priority for initial upgrades...those metal springs hurt your back...just saying...”

“I errored and made the mistake of staying here again. Staff has zero personality, place is dirty, free “hot” breakfast is terrible, constantly people and employees smoking right outside the main entry, rooms were filthy, hot tub still under repair 3 months later…. Seriously, stay away from this place!”

“Over whelming smell of air fresheners… to the point it woke me up . Also pool and hot tub closed and no mention of that before booking . ”

“I just think in general this place is pricey for what it is. I stayed at AmericInn in grand forks the next night and it was so much better, more updated, cleaner, had a pool and hot tub. This place way just super underwhelming. TV sucks, bathroom had a hole in the ceiling. The floor was FREEZING. It is hardwood which is fine but obviously it isn't insulated so even though you can get the heat running in the room the floor is always very cold.”
