Make Unforgettable memories at this newly constructed 2022 luxury home 4BR/4.5BR two level Beach house with its Own, Pristine & quiet Beach nestled at the most serene and enchanting part of the Forgotten Coast of Florida- Shell Point Beach. Don’t miss out on the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets or the bright stars of the Milky Way. Enhance your views of the Milky Way and stars from our second deck balcony while looking through the lens of our telescope.

Spacious rooms
KITCHEN
Our kitchen is made for cooking! For your convenience, it’s equipped with a double oven, warming drawer, microwave drawer, induction cooktop, ice maker, dishwasher, keurig coffee machine . The kitchen has seating for eight at the table, four at the island and three at the wall table for a total of 15. Make sure you're the first to the table so you can grab the best seat to enjoy the ocean views out of the two eight foot by twelve foot sliding glass doors. If you watch closely you might catch the dolphins playing or a sighting of a manatee or two.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a King bed, master bathroom connected with his and her vanity, extra large walk-in shower with seating and a rain head, private bathroom with a bidet. Don’t forget to turn your exhaust fan on so you can Bluetooth your favorite music while showering.
OTHER BEDROOMS
There are three additional bedrooms, two have queen beds and a private bathroom each. The third has a queen/ twin bunk bed and uses a common bathroom.
THE FIRST FLOOR
The first floor has the Kitchen, master bedroom, powder room, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a large sectional couch with spectacular views of the ocean.
SECOND FLOOR
Has three bedrooms, a common bathroom with a shower, foosball table, pac-Man game console, card game table, sectional couch and a couch with a pull out bed. If needed there is a blowup bed located in the closet of the bunk room.
DECKS
Both floors enjoy their own 10’x36’ decks with seating.
ELEVATOR
If you don’t want to get all your steps in while on vacation you can use our custom elevator. It makes a breeze of hauling groceries and luggage to the different floors. Remember though the elevator is not a toy and should not be used without adult supervision.
