“Expedia said the final price covered all costs. And then when we got to the hotel, it was another $150 for some kind of incidental deposit? It must’ve been one of those tiny tiny tiny little sentences on the bottom again where they don’t want to tell you this stuff because you’ll get another motel if you gotta come up with another $150, so $500 for two nights. None of the water fountains worked. Our top had black hair wrapped all around the handle railing. The breakfast was awful. Who serves...

“I came up for my boyfriend’s graduation for the weekend. I had arrived to Phoenix early, and did an early check in. Everything went smoothly and the front desk girls were so helpful and kind. When I came up to the room, wow, the views and the bed and couch, the bathroom. I was shock how everything looked so clean and spacious and eco friendly. Great price for the location and room!! Will return in the future!”

“The walk out balcony was worth it. Amazing view. The room was very nice and comfortable. Black out curtains 👍 Very close to the Chandler Fashion Center and lots of nearby dining options. The hotel has a starbucks”

“Our stay was amazing. We arrived on an early flight so did not know if our room or even a room would be available. I went to the desk and there was a room and we were able to check in and take a much needed nap. Everyone was so nice and will be going back in the future. We were told there was construction going on the floor above us during their remodel but we did not hear anything and it never disrupted our stay. Cannot wait to see how the renovations turn out!”

“Everything was amazing except that they didn't clean the pool the entire three days that we stayed there. Customer service was great. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The only reason for four stars is because i had to skim the pool every time we wanted yo use it. There were also other guests skimming the pool while they were using it.”
