“We came to celebrate my son's and daughter's birthdays. The employees were thoughtful and helpful. Good customer service is so hard to find but every single person we met during our 5 night stay was courteous and helpful. We got 15 inches of snow in 24 hours and the staff was busy maintaining the roads, cabin steps and pathways to ensure their guests got to enjoy the snow rather than have it be cumbersome and restricting.
