“The hotel is newly built, but our first room had a strong smell of animals, we had to switch rooms. Even the second room was small and dark, almost like a cave, so we mostly stayed in the 2nd-floor communal area. There wasn’t much around the hotel, and maybe it’s because it was winter, but the location wasn’t great for me.
The cleaning lady was pretty rude — the next morning I asked for a coffee capsule, but she said there weren’t any extras and refused. On the other hand, the front desk lady...
